AM Digital KE was founded in 2025 out of frustration.

Our founder, Alvin Munene, had spent years working in SEO at the highest levels – with international companies like Awesome Motive (the team behind WPBeginner and All in One SEO) and consulting with U.S. marketing strategists like Chaz Edwards Local. He understood what worked globally.

But when he looked at the Kenyan SEO market, he saw two major problems:

Problem #1: The Copy-Paste Agencies

International SEO agencies were selling Western strategies to Kenyan businesses with zero adaptation. They ignored Kenya’s mobile-first reality, our data costs, our infrastructure limitations, our buying patterns. They’d recommend tactics designed for high-speed desktop browsing in the U.S. and wonder why they didn’t work in Nairobi.
